Since 2004, this service has been used more than 6 million times nationwide! Registration in the Central Register of Lasting Powers of Attorney does not replace the lasting power of attorney itself. In particular, the lasting power of attorney document itself is not deposited or stored in the Central Register of Lasting Powers of Attorney, but only the central content of the lasting power of attorney is reproduced in a standardized form.
