Company Formation
Are you thinking about starting your own business? Choosing the right legal form is an important step for your professional future. We will guide you through this process, explain the different options for economic activity (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation), and help you make the best choice. However, it is important not to overlook the tax implications; therefore, it is best to have your tax advisor on board from the very beginning! We will then draw up the contracts for you and arrange for registration in the commercial register. Even after your company has been established, we will continue to assist you with ongoing legal matters. This applies in particular to share transfers, amendments to the articles of association, changes at management level, etc.
In addition to traditional corporate law, our particular areas of expertise include advising on conversions and company acquisitions as well as complex corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions). We are also well versed in dealing with contracts that follow Anglo-American drafting principles.
Our approach
We are aware that, especially in connection with your company, things often have to move quickly. That is why we always try to complete your notarization orders and subsequent processing as quickly as possible.
It does not matter whether your company is a start-up or an established company. Regardless of the legal form of your company, we will find the right solution for you. If necessary, we will of course coordinate all aspects of your request with your tax or other legal advisors.

Commercial Register
Entries in the commercial register
If certain circumstances relating to a company that are significant for business transactions change, this must be entered in the commercial register. The following, for example, are subject to registration:
- Changes in management; granting/revocation of power of attorney,
- Change of company name,
- Change of company headquarters; establishment of branches,
- Change of shareholders
- Change of articles of association for corporations.
Notarization is required for the registration of facts subject to registration in the commercial register. The notary drafts the text of the registration and monitors the correct entry in the commercial register. The notary also provides comprehensive advice on issues related to the registration and clarifies any questions with the registry court. The notary fees for the registration are kept within reasonable limits.
Below you will find a questionnaire, which you can fill out at your leisure and send to us. The questionnaire is used to prepare your registration application.
